Guidelines for Fundraising:

In the examples listed above, individual Scouts and their family can raise money on their own. The one restriction is that you cannot wear your Scout uniform unless you are participating in one of the council fundraiser's (popcorn or candy). If a home troop wants to raise money for their Scouts they need to fill out a Unit Money-Earning Application and send it to Jim Hill at the Portland Service Center at least four weeks before the fundraising event is to take place. Certain fundraiser's such as lotteries are not permitted.
